WHEN?

The programme will take place during the winter holidays in July 2026.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMMME?

  • You will be placed within a Compass Insure team related to your field of study.
  • Acquire practical experience whilst working closely with teams that are engaged, willing to share ideas and explore new perspectives.
  • Develop an understanding of insurance and, specifically, the specialist insurance sector.
  • Interaction with executive management to gain insights and knowledge.
  • Network and build professional relationships.
  • Experience of a premium corporate environment.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Are you a university undergraduate, pursuing a degree in one of the below fields of study:

  • Commerce & Finance
  • Actuarial Science
  • Insurance
  • Law
  • Risk Management
  • Human Resources
  • IT

The programme is based in Sandton, Johannesburg over a two-week period in July.
